Who do Chen Moravsky and Victoria Ebbon work for?

I received my Notice of General Meeting of SBHMC Ltd today.
The letter invited me to vote to re-appointment Chen Moravsky and Victoria Ebbon to the Board of South Bank Hotel Management Company.
Don't these two work for Park Plaza Hotels Europe (PPHE)?
If so, how can they work for SBHMC Ltd as well?
How can they be both 'tenant' and 'landlord' at the same time?

Give that 'he who pays the piper calls the tune' how can they act primarily the interest of us SBHMC Ltd shareholders and make decisions (such as how non-routine costs are split) when they're paid by Park Plaza to look after Park Plaza's interest?
